Harvard SSQB PhD Student
I’m a PhD student in the Systems, Synthetic, and Quantitative Biology program. I joined the Raychaudhuri Lab in Fall 2023. My current focus involves the application of statistical genetic methods to examine the genetic composition of fibroblasts from rheumatoid arthritis at single-cell level. Broadly, I am interested in integrating statistical genetic insights with advanced genomics technologies to understand the role of non-coding genetic variants in autoimmune diseases. Outside of the lab, I enjoy reading, exploring museums, and working with ceramics.
