Kaitlyn Lagattuta
Harvard Medical School MD-PhD Student
I am a 6th year MD-PhD student. I earned my B.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University, and am now working on a PhD in Biomedical Informatics at Harvard. I joined the Raychaudhuri lab in 2020, and I’ve focused my dissertation on computational analysis of T cell receptor (TCR) sequences and T cell transcriptional phenotypes. More broadly, I am interested in how immune receptor repertoires modify disease risk, and how developmental processes may give rise to age- and sex- specific incidences of autoimmune diseases. Outside of lab, I enjoy hiking, babysitting, and both making and eating pizza!
