The AtMitoCarta is a collection of 1609 mitochondrial genes encoding proteins with strong support of mitochondrial localization. This table provides a summary of evidence supporting mitochondrial localization: experimentally derived (MitoPCP), microscopy validation, or support from literature. The genes are ordered by strength of mitochondrial evidence.
