Akanksha Khorgade

Akanksha joined Methods Development Lab in 2022 from the IDMP platform at Broad, where she worked at the junction of Malaria and vaccine efficacy studies. She joined Broad in 2019 after completing her M.Sc in Bioinformatics. Her background is in telecommunications engineering and software development, but always gravitated towards application of software in life sciences. At MDL, she works on developing automated processing workflows supporting various bulk and single cell projects, and applying various bioinformatics methods developed in the lab to biological data.

In her free time, she loves to read, write, learn new crafts and teach her part-funny part-dobby, new tricks.
