Junjie joined the Methods Development Lab (MDL) at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard as a Computational Scientist in 2026. He earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Chicago, where his research centered on developing single-cell and spatial multi-omic sequencing methods to study immune cell development. Now at MDL, Junjie is focused on building computational approaches to analyze large-scale single-cell perturbation sequencing data.
Outside the lab, Junjie stays active through working out, basketball, and badminton, and enjoys gaming and snowboarding during the winter months.
