Houlin Yu

Houlin joined the Methods Development Lab (MDL) at the Broad Institute in 2023, following the completion of his PhD at UMass Amherst. He has been focusing on the development and applications of computational methods for long-read RNA sequencing and ultra-scale single-cell multi-omics to advance genomics and biomedical research. 

Outside of work, Houlin resides happily with his wife and cat, and enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, surfing, and snowboarding.
