Young (Ryan) Beum Cho

Ryan works with data from images of cells to help generate useful insights, using tools like Python, R, and Bash. He also builds websites that allow users to access data from a database and see analysis results automatically. In addition, he prepares various types of biological data for analysis.

One of my areas of interest is age-reversal—the idea of enabling the elderly to regain youthful bodily function and phenotype. I’m also deeply interested in advancing treatments and cures for diseases. While I haven’t fully figured out exactly what I want to pursue long-term, I believe the direction I’ve taken so far is broadly aligned with the path I’m meant to follow.
